Product conditions

Every piece accepted for sale or re-sale with DesignerSocial is first authenticated, then meticulously screened for imperfections, and reconditioned if necessary.

Detailed condition reports can be found in the itemized descriptions for each individual bag. However, you can also refer to the following as a general guideline for the condition references shown alongside product descriptions:

New

Merchandise is brand new, tags still attached.

Pristine

Merchandise is in exceptional condition, and shows no outward signs of wear or use, but is not new (direct from manufacturer). No perceivable flaws whatsoever.

Very good

Merchandise is gently used, but has been well-cared for and could easily pass as new. There may be some small markings, scratches or light signs of use. Leather may exhibit light signs of patina.

Good

Merchandise shows some signs of wear, but overall appearance is still of high quality. Interior may have slight stains or spots but there are no significant flaws anywhere (ie: tears, abrasions or dark stains). Leather may show signs of creasing and/or patina especially at corners or bottom of bag.

Fair

Bag may need reconditioning or repair. Flaws are showcased with photos. Items in this category are final sale.
